1. The nonprofit health plan created a new logo and the tagline, “Where you matter.”
2. The new website, healthnewengland.org, also launched.
3. New England Health offers commercial, Medicare and Medicaid health plans.
4. The health plan researched with brokers, employer groups, providers and members to develop its new brand, which focuses on quality coverage, thoughtful service and a human experience.
5. “It’s our goal to provide our members with a meaningful, simplified and robust experience, working to help explain complex healthcare topics,” said Steven Webster, director of marketing and digital strategy, Health New England.
