Christenbury Eye Center Adds Zeiss Laser

Christenbury Eye Center in Charlotte, N.C., added the Zeiss MEL 80 Excimer Laser to improve LASIK treatment.

The laser is designed to reshape the cornea and eliminate the need for contact lenses. Johnathan Christenbury, MD, was among the first physicians to perform LASIK in the Carolinas after establishing the Christenbury Eye Center in 1987.
