2. Centura Health includes more than 100 locations in Colorado and western Kansas, with almost 500 medical providers.
3. High Country’s physicians will join Centura Health’s network.
4. Craig Louis Perrinjaquet, MD, president of High Country, believes the acquisition will provide more cost-efficient healthcare for patients.
