Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America has announced the addition of two vice presidents of acquisitions and development — Donna Greene and Jimbo Cross — to its leadership team.
Ms. Greene has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Cross has extensive experience managing large, physician-owned companies, and has a background in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. They will work primarily in surgery center acquisitions and de novo development.
"We are fortunate to acquire the skills of these two outstanding development professionals," said Brent Lambert, MD, ASCOA founding principal, in a news release. "The expertise and experience they bring to our team will allow us to more effectively meet the industry wide demand for turnaround assistance to ASCs which are underperforming. As ASCOA embarks on a new level of growth in the area of hospital joint ventures, we welcome their talents and experience."
