Here are five highlights:
1. The yearlong fellowship will teach eight post-graduate students about the public health nutrition sector.
2. Fellows will travel overseas to gain hands-on experience in international public health.
3. The United States Agency for International Development is funding the fellowship.
4. Eligible fellows must hold a graduate degree in health sciences, social sciences or international development.
5. “The fellowship presents a unique opportunity for talented post-grads to build the real on-the-ground skills they’ll need to thrive in humanitarian contexts,” said Andrea Tamburini, Action Against Hunger’s chief executive. “The eight fellows selected will receive high-quality training and mentorship that will launch and serve them throughout their careers.”
