WalletHub compiled a list of cities with the highest and lowest costs for medical care.

WalletHub used data on healthcare, food, fitness and green space for 170 U.S. cities to compile its list. Specifically, each city was graded on 40 relevant metrics including premature-death rate, family doctors per capita and cost of medical visit, among others.

Here are five cities with the highest medical visit costs:

1. Boston
2. Madison, Wis.
3. Anchorage, Alaska
4. Milwaukee
5. Worcester, Mass.

Here are five cities with the lowest medical visit costs:

1. Montgomery, Ala.
2. Orlando, Fla.
3. Brownsville, Texas
4. Jacksonville, Fla.
5. Laredo, Texas
