In a report released April 30, WalletHub determined the best and worst states for nurses. The site compared the 50 states across two key dimensions: work environment and opportunity and competition. These dimensions were evaluated using 20 metrics, including average annual salary for nurses, quality of nursing schools and mandatory overtime restrictions. Read more about the methodology here.
