Three details:
1. Under the agreement, Aetna members can continue receiving in-network care from Tenet’s outpatient centers, hospitals, emergency centers and employed physicians.
2. The agreement lasts for four years, with the option to extend for a fifth year.
3. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare operates 65 hospitals and roughly 500 other healthcare facilities, including ASCs, surgical hospitals, and urgent care and imaging centers.
