2. He said a vast majority of Americans that gained insurance under the ACA did so through Medicaid. He said the fate of the expanded Medicaid benefits is still unknown.
“We have to decide what can be kept and what can’t be kept. And that’s going to be part of repeal,” Sen. Paul said.
3. Sen. Paul “stressed” the importance of having a replacement plan proposed the “same day” as the possible repeal.
