Quorum Health inks deal with revenue cycle company — 3 key details

A subsidiary of Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health tapped R1 RCM as its revenue cycle management services provider.

Three key details:

1. Quorum Health, which operates general acute care hospitals and outpatient centers, plans to roll out R1 RCM’s financial solutions platform in the second half of 2019.

2. Quorum Health selected R1 RCM as its partner after conducting a thorough search. R1’s other clients include Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare, St. Louis-based Ascension and Lisle, Ill.-based AMITA Health.

3. Through its subsidiaries, Quorum Health owns, operates or leases healthcare organizations across 14 states.
