3. For nearly 10 years, he held operations executive roles at Symbion, a surgery center operator.
4. As PhyMed’s vice president of managed care, Mr. Rutherford will oversee all of the company’s non-government insurance and payer relationships.
5. PhyMed markets its services in Tennessee, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
