This session will provide a step-by-step guide and timeline to help ASCs make the transition to ICD-10.  Attendees will also learn strategies for planning, implementation and utilizing technology, as well as best practices for training and testing prior to the go-live date. Upon the conclusion of the presentation there will be a Q&A session.

The presenter is Angela Talton, MBA, RHIA, CCS, CPC, CPC-H, Senior Vice President, Coding. Talton is a recognized expert for coding and ICD-10, and frequently speaks on these topics at industry events.  In addition, she is an AHIMA ICD-10 CM/PCS Approved Ambassador/Trainer as well as the ICD-10 expert source for MoHIMA.
