Massachusetts Partners with Edifecs to Improve Statewide ICD-10 Testing

The Massachusetts Health Data Consortium has partnered with Edifecs to leverage its Edifecs Collaborative Testing Solution for ICD-10 testing among providers and state health plans.

The Edifecs testing program should help providers reduce the time and cost of testing, mitigate financial and compliance risk and improve ICD-10 overall preparation.

Nine provider organizations and eight health plans have engaged in the collaborative testing program so far. The partnership aims to help Massachusetts set a national standard in ICD-10 testing.
