Each page features a link to the online payment calculator for quick and easy access, as well as a “click to chat” feature that immediately connects the practice to a CareCredit support representative.
The office team members can also check the status of an application in real time, request a credit line increase, and reprint receipts. Nearly 110,000 providers are already registered to use the new site. Providers who need to register should visit carecredit.com and click on the “healthcare provider” tab.
