Here are five key takeaways:
1. Of the 17 partners, 12 groups had more type 1 and type 2 members undergo Hemoglobin A1c testing.
2. Eleven medical groups upped the number of children between three and six who received one or more well-child visits with a primary care practitioner during the 12-month period.
3. Ten groups increased the number of infants who had six or more well-child visits with a primary care physician during the first 15 months of life.
4. Nine groups had more sexually active women between 16 and 24 undergo Chlamydia screening.
