The U.S. Justice Department said Medicare and TRICARE, the program for uniformed services members and their families, claims were false because the technicians lacked proper credentials.
American Sleep also entered into a five-year Corporate Integrity Agreement, which requires them to increase accountability and undergo monitoring.
