Wolters Kluwer offers online courses to support The Joint Commission’s ‘Advanced Certification in Joint Replacement’ — 3 notes

Alphen aan den Rijn, The Netherlands-based Wolters Kluwer released eight new online courses to help organizations meet The Joint Commission’s requirements for their Advanced Certification for Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.

Here’s what you should know.

1. Wolters Kluwer co-developed the courses with Joint Commission Resources. Wolters Kluwer will offer them through the Lippincott Professional Development Collection.

2. The collections have more than 370 clinically focused courses covering 38 subjects. The classes related to the certification center around improving orthopedic and rehabilitation care’s quality and safety.

3. The Joint Commission launched the certification in 2016 in response to the increasing number of patients undergoing total joint replacement procedures.
