More than 3,600 ambulatory healthcare organizations across the country are accredited by AAAHC. Ambulatory centers seeking accreditation undergo a self-assessment and onsite survey by volunteer physicians, nurses and administrators.
“Our primary responsibility is to our patients and the quality care that we provide. AAAHC re-accreditation means we continue to attain the highest standards possible for our facility and procedures,” said David Rousmaniere, Student Health Center director. “Going through the re-accreditation process challenged us to once again explore how to better serve our patients.”
