Here are five things to know about the center:
1. The Pain Management Group, a team of board-certified physicians and advanced practitioners focusing on pain management solutions, own the center.
2. The group includes four fellowship-trained physicians who perform interventional procedures, medication management and medical equipment selection. There are 14 advanced practitioners at the center.
3. Procedures at the center include epidural steroid injection at all spine levels, nerve room injections, sympathetic blockade, discography, trigger point injections, joint injections, nucleoplasty and nerve destruction procedures.
4. The surgery center also includes soft tissue specialists, physical therapists and mental health professionals.
5. The specialists serve patients with acute and chronic pain in Middle Tennessee, creating an individualized care plan for long-term relief.
