Most recently, Ms. Shaver was the CMS technical director of accreditation services and director of accreditation operations for the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program.
At CMS, Ms. Shaver led oversight and enforcement of national accreditation programs.

Ms. Shaver earned her nursing degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
