During her time with AAAHC, she helped establish a program that brought a series of Air Force officers to AAAHC as fellows to teach processes and procedures. She is currently responsible for ensuring the accreditation services processes meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations. She also responds to government proposals and assists with recruitment and supervision.
She didn’t know English when she immigrated to the United States from Poland as a teenager, but graduated from high school in three years and has been successful in her career. She earned a degree from the National-Louis University in healthcare leadership.
