AAAHC Surveyor to know: Kelly Fitzpatrick

Kelly Fitzpatrick, BSN, has been an Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care surveyor for more than eight years.

Ms. Fitzpatrick is also the Garden City (N.Y.) Surgicenter’s executive director.

She began her career after earning her nursing degree from Notre Dame, Ind.-based Saint Mary’s College. She returned to school to earn her masters in business administration from New York University.

Ms. Fitzpatrick was a practicing nurse for 22 years. She then entered the administrative side of healthcare when she accepted a position as New York Hospital Queens’ administrative director.
