AAAHC accredits The Surgery Center at Old Bridge: 4 key notes

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care granted The Surgery Center at Old Bridge (N.J.) accreditation.

Here are five things to know about the surgery center:

1. The surgery center was built in 2013 and became a fully licensed facility in early 2015.

2. Services at the surgery center include orthopedics, pain management, plastic surgery, general surgery, ENT, urology and vascular surgery.

3. The surgery center has seven preoperative stations, four operating rooms and six recovery beds.

4. The surgeries could include general anesthesia or local anesthesia, and procedures don’t require 23 hours for preparation.
