Here’s what you should know:
1. David L. Bronson, MD, is board chairman. He is emeritus president of Cleveland Clinic’s Regional Hospitals and Family Health Centers and Medicine Institute and emeritus professor of Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.
2. David Perrott, DDS, MD, is vice chair. He is the California Hospital Association’s senior vice president and chief medical officer.
3. Other organizations represented on the board include Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA; Baton Rouge, La.-based Oschner Health System, Boston-based Partners HealthCare System, St. Louis-based Ascension and Nashville-based Envision Healthcare.
4. The board has five committees: Audit and firewall oversight, executive, finance, governance and human resources and executive compensation.
