Dr. Badr officially takes the position June 1. He comes to WPAH from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where he established the anesthesiology residency program.
Dr. Badr completed a neurosurgical fellowship at Ain Shams University School of Medicine in Cairo and both a residency in neuro-anesthesia and a fellowship in critical care medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
