1. Dr. Yates has been in practice for more than 35 years.
2. He began his career after earning his medical degree from Barranquilla, Colombia-based Universidad del Norte. He completed residencies at Jerusalem-based Rambam Medical Center-Technion School of Medicine and at Hadassah Hebrew University Hospital. He also completed three fellowships at Australia-based Alfred Hospital and Royal Adelaide Hospital as well as at Houston-based University of Texas Health Sciences.
3. Dr. Yates has published more than 200 medical papers and book chapters throughout his career.
