Dr. Canose has completed a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington. He has also completed a fellowship in cardiac anesthesia and research in cardiovascular physiology at the University Health Center of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Canose joined Texas Health in January 2006 as senior vice president and COO of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas.
