Based in Colorado, Anesthesia Services and its related entities and physicians provide comprehensive anesthesia and pain management services to eight facilities in the Denver region. According to the release, TeamHealth is partnering with Anesthesia Services to provide a deeper pool of resources to its hospital partners, surgeon customers and affiliated clinicians.
The acquisition of Anesthesia Services will grow TeamHealth’s anesthesia division. TeamHealth was founded in 1979 and has since become one of the largest suppliers of outsourced healthcare professional staffing and administrative services to hospitals and other healthcare providers in the country.
