Dr. Shander founded Englewood, N.J.-based Northern Valley Anesthesiology and joined TeamHealth when it acquired Northern Valley Anesthesiology in January 2013.
Dr. Shander serves as chief of the departments of anesthesiology, critical care medicine, pain management and hyperbaric medicine at Englewood (N.J.) Hospital and Medical Center.
