TeamHealth Acquires Bergen Anesthesia Associates, Teaneck Anesthesia Group

TeamHealth has announced the acquisition of Bergen Anesthesia Associates in Teaneck, N.J., and Teaneck (N.J.) Anesthesia Group.

Through the acquisitions, TeamHealth will assume responsibility for the anesthesia management services provided to Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, N.J., and three independent ambulatory surgical centers.
