Somnia Anesthesia Recognizes California and Washington State Anesthesiology Clinicians for Quality Care

Somnia Anesthesia has announced it has awarded the first Somnia Clinical Quality Performance Award to anesthesiology clinicians from California and Washing State.

Chou Yang, MD, of Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, Calif., and Sheila Murphy, CRNA, of Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Wash., received the awards for “distinguishing themselves in providing and inspiring the delivery of high-quality, safe anesthesia care,” according to a news release from Somnia Anesthesia.

 

They were recognized at Somnia’s first Leadership Retreat held in New Rochelle, N.Y.

 

Somnia Anesthesia said it will bestow the award to notable anesthesia clinicians on a quarterly basis.
