2. Kisha Thomas, MD, incorporates physical therapy and lifestyle adjustments into patients’ treatment plans. She is an American Society of Anesthesiology and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians member.
3. Douglas E. Boler, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician. Specializing in interventional pain management, he treats pain stemming from herniated and degenerated discs, sciatica, spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia and joint pain.
