1. Ms. Deeter owns Northern Ohio Anesthesia and Firelands Anesthesia in Willard, Ohio.
2. She is also a Sylvania, Ohio-based Lourdes University adjunct faculty member.
3. The Ira P. Gunn Award recognizes individuals who have overcome legislative, legal and regulatory challenges to nurse anesthesia practice rights.
4. Ms. Deeter said, “Receiving the Ira P. Gunn award is about fighting for something that will better serve the citizens of this state.
