Kimberly-Clark to Buy Life-Tech Anesthesia Business

Kimberly-Clark has agreed to purchase Life-Tech’s anesthesia business, according to Bloomberg Bussinessweek.

Kimberly-Clark, an Irving, Texas-based consumer products company, previously distributed Life-Tech’s products, which include needles, catheters and peripheral nerve block accessories, according to the report.

Carlsbad-Calif.-based Life-Tech is a global biotechnology company. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
