Anesthesiologists’ typically contribute greatly in the preoperative phase. However, this new focus on PAC could lead to anesthesiologists helping transition patients from hospital to home care.
It will become increasingly advantageous for anesthesiologists to participate in opening up services that can generate income, according to the blog post.
