Former Kettering Medical Center nurse indicted on 5 counts of drug theft — 3 details

A former Dayton, Ohio-based Kettering Medical Center nurse was indicted Dec. 4 for allegedly stealing drugs while working, ABC22 NOW reports.

1. A Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted Samantha Moyer on two counts of drug tampering and five counts of drug theft.

2. For several months, Ms. Moyer allegedly stole syringes filled with pain medication, replaced the medication with saline and kept the drugs for her personal use.

3. Ms. Moyer’s arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 18.
