1. Dr. Carnevale has practiced for 30-plus years.

2. He earned his medical degree from Guadalajara, Mexico-based University of Guadalajara. He completed an internship at Cleveland-based Sisters Charity Healthcare Systems as well as a residency and fellowship at New York City-based Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

3. Dr. Carnevale is American Board of Anesthesiology certified.

4. He also served in the U.S. Air Force for 25 years, earning the rank of lieutenant colonel.
