Dr. John Szewczyk Earns Illinois Society of Anesthesiologists’ Distinguished Service Award

John Szewczyk, MD, received the Illinois Society of Anesthesiologists Distinguished Service Award, according to the Rockford Register Star.

Dr. Szewczyk is an anesthesiologist at Rockford Anesthesiologists Associated and a clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Illinois Society of Anesthesiologists, American Medical Association, Illinois State Medical Society and Winnebago County Medical Society.

Dr. Szewczyk received the award at the ISA President’s Dinner. Each year the award goes to a physician or scientist who has made an outstanding contribution to the field of anesthesiology in Illinois.
