Dr. Kane graduated from Boston College and received his MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. He completed his residency training in anesthesiology at the Maine Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiothoracic anesthesiology at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
