Lewisville, Texas-based BayMark Health Services acquired Metamorphosis, an opioid treatment program based in Salt Lake City and Ogden, Utah.
Here's what you should know:
1. Metamorphosis was established in 1995. It provides evidence-based treatments for opioid addiction.
2. BayMark will rename the Metamorphosis programs BAART Programs Salt Lake City and BAART Programs Ogden.
3. BayMark Health Services CEO David White, PhD, said, "Our goal is to build upon the great services offered by Metamorphosis by bringing new and fresh ideas. We look forward to continuing and adding to the legacy established by Metamorphosis."
