Dr. Johnson received his medical degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He went on to perform his internship at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York, N.Y., and his residency in anesthesiology at Columbia University/New York Presbyterian Hospital, also in New York, N.Y.
