Five things to know about Anesthesia Touch:

1. The anesthesia information management system is available for both Windows and iOS.

2. Certified as a full EMR, Anesthesia Touch supports concurrent charting and streaming physiologic data.

3. Anesthesia Touch features a searchable coding module with ICD-10 codes, current procedural terminology and ASA anesthesia codes.

4. Providers can select codes at the point of care to capture the specificity needed for accurate billing and reimbursement.

5. Anesthesia Touch is designed to help clinicians comply with MACRA legislation by collecting required metrics.

“By automating the anesthesia record, billing offices not only receive a complete anesthesia record, but hospitals and clinicians increase their availability and quality of patient data for research and analytics, compared to limited availability offered by paper records,” Plexus Technology Group CEO Tony Mira said. Plexus TG is a MiraMed Global Services subsidiary.
