The following anesthesia groups have merged to form ONE Anesthesia: Williams and Wagner in Louisville, Ky.; Anesthesia Associates of Louisville (Ky.); Anesthesia Associates of Clark County in Jeffersonville, Ind.; and Southern Indiana Anesthesia Consultants. New Albany, Ind.
