What you should know:

1. Columbus-based OSU is building a medical campus on a 34-acre plot of land in Dublin.

2. The campus will be built in phases. The first phase features a medical office building and ambulatory care facility that’ll total 250,000 square feet. The second phase will contain a 300,000-square-foot hospital.

3. While OSU didn’t need the zoning change, it will allow the university to more easily develop the campus.

4. Dublin councilmember Christina Alutto was formerly employed by OSU and recused herself from the vote.
