Entire South University anesthesiologist assistant class passes exam – 3 insights

South University in Savannah, Ga., had its entire 2018 anesthesiologist assistant student class pass the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants exam.

Here’s what you should know:

1. This is the 11th time the university passed its entire anesthesiologist assistant class.

2. The class had to pass an initial certifying examination and interval examinations to continue to demonstrate their qualifications.

3. South University also has a master of medical science in anesthesia science program. The university has achieved a 100 percent job placement rate each year since the program’s inception.
