$7.1M joint venture orthopedic ASC coming to North Carolina — 3 things to know

Lenoir, N.C.-based Caldwell UNC Health Care and a group of eight surgeons are teaming up to build a $7.1 million orthopedic ASC in Granite Falls, the News Topic reported.

Here are three details to know about the facility:

1. The center will be located at the Granite Falls, N.C.-based RiverCrest Medical Park, and will focus on orthopedic surgery, including spine, foot, ankle and sports-related surgery.

2. The center is expected to be 20,995-square-feet.

3. The center will be owned by Flagship Healthcare Properties.
