1. UF Health plans to move its ophthalmology and ENT departments into the retail space formerly occupied by Sears.
2. The health system would completely renovate the space to make it more suited for healthcare.
3. The space will cost approximately $834,000 annually to rent.
4. The health system is interested in the space because of its quick turnaround. New construction could take up to three years, and the renovation is expected to take approximately half of that.
5. Work is expected to begin in October.
