Here are four things to know:
1. Ms. Donald was previously 3DXCITE’s general manager, Campbell Ewald’s chief operating officer and Ogilvy & Mather’s regional group brand director/senior European account director. She worked with brands including Ford, Pier 1 Imports and the U.S. Navy.
2. As CMO, Ms. Donald will lead Laser Spine Institute’s direct marketing, advertising, internal communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. She will also evaluate the organization’s direct marketing operations and work with the leadership team to implement changes within the department.
3. Ms. Donald holds an applied strategic marketing planning certification from the Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She studied business at Detroit-based Wayne State University and is certified in Japanese language studies.
4. Business Magazine named Ms. Donald a Champion of the New Economy in 2016, and Wayne State University’s School of Business Administration recognized her as the 2014 Distinguished Alumna.
