Meet the newest addition to Grand Rapids Ophthalmology, Dr. Leslie Norris — 4 facts

Leslie Norris, DO, joined Grand Rapids (Mich.) Ophthalmology, the largest fully-integrated eye care medical group in West Michigan. Here are four facts.

1. Dr. Norris will focus on providing on-call services for area hospitals and practice at the Walker (Mich.) facility and the East Beltline location in Grand Rapids, Mich.

2. Dr. Norris performs oculoplastic surgery and treats medical issues such as glaucoma, diabetes and post-operative care for cataract and other surgical procedures.

3. Dr. Norris serves as clinical faculty in ophthalmology at East Lansing, Mich.-based Michigan State University. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, American Academy of Ophthalmology, Michigan Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons and American Osteopathic Association.

4. A graduate of Taylor University in Upland, Ind., Dr. Norris earned her Doctor of Osteopathy from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Hillsdale (Mich.) Community Health Center.
