2. The practice’s 35 physicians specialize in sports medicine and total joint replacement.
3. Orlin & Cohen’s 500 employees will become Northwell employees.
4. Northwell has a portfolio of 17 outpatient practices and 10 hospital-based practices. Northwell entered into a similar agreement with Philadelphia-based Rothman Institute in April 2017.
